Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. It will help with the healing process and you won’t feel so dehydrated! HYDRATE, YOLO!!! Take care not to eat foods which may irritate the skin like nuts Get lots o’ sleep Avoid picking at any acne – This can cause more breakouts than before medifacial was done; this includes popping zits on the back too!!

The Medifacial is a revolutionary procedure that can help you to look years younger without the need for surgery. The best part about this treatment is that it takes just 45 minutes and has virtually no downtime, so you won’t have to worry about anything interfering with your daily life. But how do you know that everything went as planned? Here are some important things not to do after a Medifacial!

Do not

Popping pimples right after the procedure can cause more acne than before. Wait a day or two to see if your skin is healing nicely and only then go ahead with any treatment you may need. Keep in mind that picking at back zits could also lead them on other parts of their body so be careful! Medifacial patients should never pick out old blemishes because while they are under anesthesia there will most likely scars left behind from excessive scrubbing which would come off during exfoliation anyway; it’s just cleaner when done by professionals – we’ve got all kinds of fancy equipment for our clients so definitely don’t do anything related to grooming post medfaciallization unless
Do wear sunscreen and moisturizer to prevent any acne or dry skin. You can also use a baking soda mask at night for some extra exfoliation! Avoid picking your face. Apply an ice pack wrapped in cloth on the area where you received treatment if it is red, inflamed with large pores. The cold helps reduce swelling as well. Drink plenty of water, medifacial will make ur body dehydrated so drink lots!! Keep hydration levels up which means more H2O n less Coke. Remember that drinking too much alcohol may interfere with the healing process due to the increased risk of dehydration after 24 hours. Acne treatments are great but avoid benzoyl peroxide while under medication.
This stuff causes inflammation.
  • Do not wear makeup for at least 24 hours after treatment
